Return Policy

delivering beneficial, high-quality products, we offer a 30-day
money-back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with any product
for any reason, simply request an exchange or refund within 30 days
from receipt of order from Herbalife. All returns however must be
accompanied by a RMA (return authorization number) and proper
documentations.

Return shipping fees are the sole
responsibility of the customer returning the item(s) and are not
refundable. You may want to use some form of tracking or signature
confirmation as eGreatMall cannot be held responsible for lost or
misdirected return shipments.

weeks to complete.

Lost or Misdirected Packages

deliveries. We recommend that you utilize a tracking or signature
