Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped via FedEx for reliability and consistency directly from Herbalife Distribution Centers. All orders shipped require a physical street address as FedEx does not deliver to P.O Boxes.

Domestic FedEx Shipping Rates

Standard Ground Service (3-5 Business Days)

Orders $100 and over are shipped FREE
Orders under $100 are charge a flat rate of $10.00 Flat Rate (* N/A for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)

Delivers Tuesday-Saturday

Two Day Service (2 Business Days)

All orders are charged a flat rate of $15.00

Delivers Monday-Friday. No weekend delivery

Next Day Service (1 Business Days)

All orders are charged a flat rate of $20.00

Delivers Monday-Friday. No weekend delivery
 

Order Processing Guidelines:

• Orders placed by 12pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be sent to the Herbalife warehouse the same business day. These orders should ship the same day.

• Orders after 12pm EST will be sent to the Herbalife warehouse the next business day. These orders will ship the following day.

• Orders in general will leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days. Once your order has been submitted to the Herbalife warehouse, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order thoroughly before submitting your order.

• Occasionally items will be backordered due to strong demand. In these cases the backordered items will be shipped via USPS. If priority shipment (Next day or 2 day shipping) was requested in the order, the items in stock will ship according to the original shipping request.

• NOTE: Orders placed on a Friday before 12pm EST using FedEx Next day and FedEx 2 Day shipping will arrive Monday and Tuesday respectively as FedEx does not provide week end deliveries on those services.

• Every effort is made to ensure that the orders are shipped according to our customers instructions. However because we have no control over FedEx operations there may be times when those expectations are not met.
